Booking Policy

All reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a valid payment method at the time of booking. Guests must provide accurate contact and payment details. Special requests are noted but cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, early departures, and no-shows will be charged the first night’s stay unless otherwise stated in the rate plan.

Payments and Charges

Room charges, taxes, fees, and incidentals are due according to the selected rate and payment terms. A valid card may be required at check-in for authorization or incidental charges. Additional charges may apply for damages, late checkout, lost keys, or rule violations.

House Rules

Guests must respect quiet hours, occupancy limits, non-smoking requirements, and all hotel policies during their stay. Illegal activity, disruptive behavior, or damage to hotel property may result in immediate eviction without refund. Pets, parties, and unauthorized visitors are subject to hotel approval.

Liability

Hotel Harrison on the Beach is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless required by law. Guests are responsible for securing valuables and using provided safes or storage when available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the hotel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
